For many businesses 2020 was a year full of challenges, now it is time to transform these challenges into growth opportunities. Monti was launched to help entrepreneurs, family businesses and VC/PE-backed companies with strategic, financial and operational challenges in order to achieve accelerated growth.

My drive is to add value and empower people and companies to achieve their (growth) goals. I enjoy working with highly motivated entrepreneurs and management teams. Business is a people's game - where trust, communication and cooperation are key - and that is what I enjoy and what I am good at.
